Langalo provides services in over 150 languages, including widely spoken ones in New York City like Spanish, Mandarin, and Arabic, as well as lesser-known languages like Wolof, Quechua, and Q’anjob’al. If you can't find your language in our list of languages, don't hesitate to reach out to us. With our network of 600+ independently contracted interpreters, translators, and linguists, there's a good chance we'll find help for your language!

Our turnaround times depend on the service and project complexity. We offer a standard service of 5-business days for translations and evaluations after we receive your payment at no additional cost to you. Note: If you require translations in a language that is rare or low diffusion (when a language in a geographic area is spoken by a small population of people), like Quechua or Wolof, we may need 1-2 business days in addition to the standard 5 business days to complete a translation or evaluation project. Our 1-day or 2-day rush services (with additional fees) are available for when you need your documents as soon as possible. You can request a quote for free by filling out our online form on the Get a Quote page. A Langalo team member will follow up within 1–2 business days. To get an accurate price estimate, please upload your documents through the form. This helps us determine the rate based on word count, technical vocabulary, and document type.

We provide two ways for you to pay, depending on the services you requested. We use PayPal as our primary payment system, but don't worry, you don't need to have a PayPal account to proceed. 1. Payments through our request forms Our request forms for translations and evaluations will lead you directly to the checkout page after you click the Submit and Pay button. Take these steps to make your payment: Enter your contact information and billing address. Click Place Order & Pay. If you have a PayPal account, log in to complete your payment. If you don't have a PayPal account, select Pay with Debit or Credit Card to pay as a guest. 2. Payments through our Make a Payment page For services such as interpretations, or for special arrangements with our team, payments are made through our Make a Payment page. Take these steps to make your payment: Click the Pay Now button to open the checkout page. Enter the cost of services as provided by our team. Select PayPal Checkout.​​ If you have a PayPal account, log in to complete your payment. If you don't have a PayPal account, select Pay with Debit or Credit Card to pay as a guest.
